Justice and Yoga

Dear friends,

I am proposing a thought for you consideration and comments:

A Judge has to uphold the majesty of Law. But, some times a Law may appear unjust and may come in conflict with Justice  as, the Justice can not stand on the basis of an unjust thing. Then a Judge has to invok his power of conscience without violating the limits of his legal powers. This may be possible only after learning and practice of the balancing techniques. Balancing is the central point in the Yoga. Applying the philosophy of Yoga in Law and our social body is "Vidhi-yoga". Let us practice "Vidhi-yoga" for a healthy society.

Regards,

Dr. V.N.T.

Besides the proposal by Dr.V.N.T.,  please consider this proposal too:

Before joining the Law school, let all students first learn all the upanisads, the vedas, the gita, the ramayan among other things.

Those who successfully clear their pHD in Yoga, may be appointed as Justices.

BTW, the Law is actually composed and compiled and passed by the Parliament.  In this factual light and in the interest of natural justice, the MP's should be firstly all taught all the upanisads, the vedas, the gita, the ramayan, the bible, the quran and Yoga,  that they can pass laws which are clear cut (and not intertwined confusing), simple (without loop holes) and implementable.
It would be very very interesting to know how many MP's are even basically educated or if someone can provide the names and educational qualifications of all the parliament members (MP's)

Please consider the above, if a suggestion or petition of a PIL is proposed to filed in future.
