Is it necessary to write jurisdiction on po / bills etc. ?

is it a must to mention the jurisdiction of the regd. office or of  branch place would do ?

Jurisdiction essentially limits place where a case can be filed if there is a dispute. It has to be unequivocal ( For eg. Delhi Only ). Provisions of law may override the jurisdiction mentioned in PO/ Invoice.
