Jurisdiction in civil suit

We had filed civil suit for titile declaration of land located at Bheemaram village, Hasanparthy mandal,Hanumakonda district ,Telangana state. We had mentioned same location in suit schedlue but as part of Jurisdiction in suit we had wrongly mentioned Hanumakonda Mandal instead of Hasanparthy mandal

Query:Will it effect the suit.IF so how we can change

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a common error in civil suits where the wrong mandal was mentioned for jurisdiction, despite the property's correct location being listed. While the property's actual location within the court's jurisdiction is key, a mistake in stating the jurisdiction can cause issues. Fortunately, it's often rectifiable by filing an amendment petition to correct the error, though in some cases, the suit might be returned or even dismissed if not addressed promptly.

If the location of the property falls within the jurisdiction of the court then there's no problem, you can file an amendment petition to amend this error afterwards.

No, if the suit property situates in court's jurisdiction then there will be no any problem else court will return suit to you for presentation in court having jurisdiction. You can file amendment petition to rectify the error.

The Suit can be dismissed under ORDER VII RULE 11 of CPC for want of proper jurisdiction. You need to take out Chamber Summons for Ammendment of the Suit.
