Judgment regarding MACT case

kindly cite me judgment in regard to MOTOR ACCIDENT CLAIMS TRIBUNAL of either Delhi High court OR Supreme Court, where deceased was only the son in his family, was a student of B.tech and on this ground handsome award of compensation disbursed to deceased's family members.

This is very simple now. Just do Google search and from more than one website, you can read judgement.

Point for determination is, whether claimant was dependent on deceased and how many dependents is not relevant.
