It is the duty of the Courts to see that such wrong doers are discouraged at every step and even if they
succeed in prolonging the litigation, ultimately they must suffer the costs of all these years long litigation.
Imposition of actual, realistic or proper costs and/or ordering prosecution in appropriate cases would go a
long way in controlling the tendency of filing false cases.
