Dear All,
Myself and mother having a joint property of one Flat....Can i sell that property to my Brother ?

Thank you Shashi Dhara......I repeat my Doubt.....Pls Clarify.....Myself and My mother having a joint property of one Flat....It is mentioned in the Document that half of Flat is on my Name....Can i sell that half of my property (Flat) to my Brother without consent of my Mother?

Yes. without consent of your mother, you can sell your half share property.
