I plaintiff filed partition suit ..defendant filed additional written statement stating that plaintiff had some properties in his name .but plaintiff deliberately not included all the joint family properties hence suit not maintainable...
plaintiff got purchased d land in 1962 itself but we have no proof for source of income at that time.
and another property plaintiff aunt gifted the property to plaintiff whether this property also come under the ambit of joint family property...?
