Has the management issued any communication in writing on result of appraisal and offer of again contarctual appointment?
Is is entirely your choice.
Even after 4 years they do not want you to be a permanent employee.
Don't waste your youth and time here.
Try to clear some exam and be with some good employer and in permanent job.
