My Name is mentioned as Arvind Kumar Govinda(My Name + Fathers name) in 10th and 12th Marksheets. Due to my rebel nature, I did not mention my dad's name during graduation degree. I am now a graduate wth my name reflecting as ' Arvind Kumar" in the graduation certificate. I am applying for a few jobs. My concern is, would the difference in names be a problem when selected for a job? If so, what is the work around. Quick Reply and Solution , Much Appreciated.

This will not create any problem. You can continue to use your name alone in the employment applications as per your desire(rebellious) .
