Friends,
I filed a RCR u/sec 9 HMA against my wife.
The case is due to prepare the issues between the parties.
The Presiding Judge wants to hear the issues to be prepared.
Does there exist a possibility that the two parties decide the issues by mutual consent and present to the Court under Order 14 Rule 1 of CPC for deciding the final judgement?
Kindly explain.
