Issue faced to relieve from company during bond period

I am currently facing a problem . Actually I am trying to break a bond and I am willing to pay the amount mentioned in the bond . But the hr of my company are not getting the amount which ever I give and settle the amount pending from company to me right away and saying that I won't receive relieving letter instead I will receive a letter and it will be a court notice stating that I have breached the commitment. What should I do for this .

Please see that whether your appointment letter or contract letter contains any provision for specific performance or payment of compensation for dishonouring the contract or not. In case the provision speaks about both then you might get into legal trouble.

Apart please seek some personal advice from any Advocate privately as may this problem will be dealt more efficiently with strategy rather than any legal recourse.
