I have Decided to buy a Resale Flat, based on that I have Paid 50000/- Rs. Token & In the Presence of ADVOCATE Paid Cheque Amnt of 5 Lac. to the Owner of Resale Flat & Next Instalment on mutual Understanding Decided to Pay after 15 Days and the Final Registration Would Be done Within 2.5 Months.
So How I should Proceed for Further Procedure ? Should I Go For ISSAR Or Anything else ? I need legal Opinion
