Hi, does any one know if Islamic Shraiah Law has any accountability in registering land in Gujarat, basically my grand mother past away recently, she had 5 children in total, 3 sons and 2 daughtrs, now because my father past away before my grandmother there are some "so called" leaders who can protest that my father's children do not inherit anything from the Grandmother. My question is does Indian Law permit any kind of Input from Islamic Shariah law or all 5 children get an equal right in their mothers land. Please get back to me if any one knows. Thanks,,,Ahmed
