Is there merit in suing tata tele


I am corporate employee of tata docomo

I had connection which was closed and I have email as account is nill from sept 2013


in last 6 months I got one dozen call from recovery agents
,each time replied


also a asst manager from tata sent me lawyers notice from lok adalat on oct

he called me,verbally abused me for recovery and I mailed him many times finally he said due is clear



today morning he called from office landline asked my home address

he was knowing I chnaged my preivous address ,means he is using office resource to snooping

I told him I dont want to meet still he using unprofeesional langauge

after half an hour again I got call from revoery agent


what action can I take against COMPANY and for what merits?

You first complain to your boss at TATA-DOCOMO and request him to initiate departmental action. If necessary you can give your complaint in writing. If your boss expresses his inability to act you write letter to your higher-up in hierarchy either through your boss or otherwise. Your further action would depend on their response.

You can file complaint before Consumer Forum. If you have recorded the abusive language used by them, you can mention that also in your complaint and claim compensation.
