Hi,
I bought a flat in top floor of apartment in Hyderabad.
On the terrace, there is small problem on the floor because of which water is stagnent on the floor and that water is leaking to our Master bedroom.
As the terrace comes under common area, I want this to get repaired from Maintenance charges.
When I discussed this in the Association meeting, there are saying that, I should only get it repaired as my Master bedroom is affected. And Association is not ready to pay for the repair.
Please let me know, what are all comes under common area of Apartment and How should I proceed in the above situation?
Please let me know, if there is any legal statement/rule, so that I can show it to the association members.
