We are in procedure of Succession Certificate is it mandatory to be physically present before Oath commissioner for attestation as two of the parties are senior citizens(above 60 yrs.) out of three for NOC petition. Secondly 2 parties need to confirm before Hon. Court they don't have objection with the amount lying in the bank and to be given to third one. What are the possibilities for digital hearing and also inform if amount is huge can Hon. Judge ask for the physical presence at court. is there any way out due to this Corona period. Early response will be highly appreciated.
