Is pf applicable for consultant \ contractor who are with us on a six month renewable contract

We are an MNC and hire contractors\consultants for 9.5 hrs per day & their our on our payroll. Would like to know that are they eligible for PF, etc. and are the terminologies used by us OK by law for the same i.e. Contractor \ Consultant & Designation Production Executive.
