These are tactics of the employer to obtain resignation smoothly. He has already played his game. Is there any evidence to prove his promise? if not please concentrate in finding a better job or start to do something on your own!!

i fully agreed to u r opinion ,but i have evidence over phone recording where HR director is stating the company policy,but bow he is backing .
