You need this evidence to be used in cross-examination. Why are you trowing all strings in the armour on internet. He lawyer can see this and know strategy advised to by experts here.

You can very much use those pamphlets.
However you would also need to summon the printer who published it.
Better would be that you send someone to attend those classes, who should collect proofs.
