Is it cheating by company??

Dear All experts,

I want to know if it is a fraud when any retail companyadvertises the offers on account of any festival such as gifts worth 1cr or win a car and benefit from the ads, but no such gifts were gifted to any customer in the end?

Sudeep ithe act  of company not amount to fraud unless and untill contrary is proved.

Sudeep,companies such act not comes under the purview of any fraud/cheating,it amounts to unfair trade practice for which action can be taken against company under the provisions of Consumer protection Act and cost of prize along with compensation can be claimed .
