Just wanted to confirm if a person is asked to deliver 2-3 beers to someone residence or office, is this kind of service is illegal in India. Both have the 18+ of age proof.

The rules for carrying of alcohol varies wtih each state. In Maharashtra, you need a permit to carry and transport alcohol.

There is no home delivery in alcohol sales. One may carry the liquor bottles to his home for personal consumption but not for door delivery by the seller to the consumer.
