A friend of mine married a girl (arrange), on 12 dec 14, but before this he found out tht she was married to sum1 else in a local mandir in 2011.. My friend registered the marriage in JAn 2015.. After 3 mnths of registration da old guy commited suicide.. His mother filled the case against both the husband wife & his wifes jiju.. No suicide note.. Plz advice..

let the police investivate the matter u/s 174 crpc, tell your friend give the evidence of his innocence in the said suicide case .

Police did the investigation.. They are behind bars.. His family have RTI from the hospital in which he (the guy who died) was admitted at 1:05 am in the morning.. & according to her mother in chargesheet she said he took poison @6:30 am in the morning & stated tht just because of them(my friend & his wife) he committed it.. Now the additional session judge rejected bail of wifes jiju.. He(dead guy) was a drug addict too.. Now wat points or papers we can put up to bring them out??
