According to Section 509 of Indian Panel Code 1860 any sign,sound or gesture to molest dignity of ladies is being done it is punishable with imprisonment of 1 year and also with fine.According to Section 507 of IPC,any unlawful sms is punishable with 2 year of imprisonment along with fine.And according to Section 354 of IPC any assault or action to molest dignity of ladies is punishable with imprisonment of 2 years along with fine.
