hello,
my wife has filed a case against me and my parents under IPC 498 but by god grace we got anticipatory bail for all 3 of us. i have to be at he police station on 1st Feb 2013 for the attendance as per the bail conditions. but i got a call from a police officer 2 days back asking for my father's business name and where it is located. is there something to be worried about. because i am affraid if i go to the police station for my attendance as required will they create any issue there for me or for my family? she has filed 2 different cases.
1st case is under IPC 125 for maintance which is already going on in court
2nd case in under IPC 498 i got anticipatory bail for me and my parents on 31st december 2012.
what steps shall i take now to avoid any kind of any problems?
