i was a student booked under IPC 337 for an accident.......i was taking a u-turn in onway road..... suddenly a bike hit my front side of car and fell down..... i was scared and rushed away from that place...... i booked 337 on me.... what is the next Prosidure.... i called him for compromise but they are not responding..... as police said me that he got 1 fracture on hand..... so help me what should I do now
