Thge answer to your question by a lawyer from India is that insofar as the Indian laws are concerned it do not recognise the so called colloborative divorce or cooperative divorce as legally valid divorce in India for the marriage that was somlemnised in India.

he Indian legal system recognizes the principle of comity of nations, which means that foreign judgments and decrees are recognized and given effect to, subject to certain conditions.
