dear respected advocates ,
please advice ,
my father expired in 1999 / after 14 years of legal heirship matters court ordered electricity board to give her PF amount ,
now electricity board is giving PF with intrest till 2011 saying that government G.R> is there for paying till 2011 only .
so I am lossing intrest amount of 2011 to 2015 period .it is huge amount .
so please suggest whether i can file case ?
by which i will get full intrest till date ?
any court order for guidainace .?
