A nair female by name Kunchiyamma of Thalappilky thaluk, Kunnankulam Thrissur district having 2 daughters Parukutty, Janaki died intestate. Her daughter Parukkutty has 2 daughters Leela and Balamony. Leela did not marry and died. Parukkutty's 2nd daughter Balamony has 3 daughters and 2 sons. Kunchiyamma's 2nd daughter Janaki did not marry and died. Kunchiyamma's third daughter, Bhargaviamma, the only living member, has three daughters, of which one is a spinster. The short point is how Kunchiyamma's intestate property is to be partitioned.

As per Ur kunchiayamma died intestate .she had 3daughters1)paru kutty2)janaki3)bhargaviamma. 1)parukutty. 2)janaki both dead. Janaki unmarried &died intestate .parukutty had two daughters1)Leela 2)balamony . Leela died unmarried inestate. Balamony has five kids. Surviving bhargaviamma three kids how partition is to be made. After the death of kunchiayamma the property is divided into two share s 1/2each the property is distributed between parukutty and bhargaviamma equally.as paru kutty is deceased and leela decease d unmarried so paru kuttys half share will passes to balamony as sole successor.balamonys kidshave no share. Bhargaviamma inherits 1/2share her kids have no share in deceased property of kunchiayamma.

Death date of kunjiyamma ,paru kutty ,janaki also takes importance in dividing property so Menton date and year of their death.
