INQUIRY

THE PERIOD FOR INQUIRY IN GOVERMENT SERVICE THAT IS 6 MONTHS THAT I KNOW, BUT IF NO INQUIRY STARTED NO CHARGE SHEET GIVEN CAN GOVT STOP HE SUPER ANNUATION BENEFIT TO SUCH A PERSON? I HAVE FILLED CASE IN THE MAT BUT CAN ANY BODY CAN HELP ME  IN THESE BY ANY CASE LAW OR GOVT GR?

I suppose you are from Maharashtra. Whenever a charge memo is given, it is the prerogative of the Government servant to get himself relieved of the charges.The six months time limit is only advisory and not mandative and therefore, the charge might stand in the way of your retirement. If you get an order in the MAT quashing the charges, there may not be any problem in your retirement.
