injunction suit

I had lease and license agreements with the owner. From 2011 to 2017, 2017 to 2018 and 2018 to march 2019. Now he is forcing to vacate property. can i file an injunction suit ?
what i have to say in suit? is there any formet?

It absolutely depends on the lease/rent laws of the State where the property is situated.
