Hi All,
My grandfather passed away in 2011 leaving behind a house in Delhi. He is survived by my Grand mother, My Father, my self and My paternal uncle's son. Me and my family have never resided in the property but my grandmother and my cousin brother with his family are residing there. I am not sure if there is any will in place.
Due to a dispute in the family, I am sure that as and when my grandmother passes away, I will not be offered any share in the property and my cousin Brother will take it all. I want to excercise my right as a grandson and figure out a way to stop that. Please suggest how can I claim my share in this?
