Informatory petition to cgm/cjm

MY ANCESTRAL PROPERTY DIVIDED INTO 2 PARTS

I want to construct a separation wall

other party is threatening to kill us if we construct wall

they want to take it completely

i want to file informatory petition to CGM/CJM

WILL IT PROVIDE US SECURITY
