i want to know If some unknown person lying on road by some road accident, the vehicle & driver which committed this accident ran away. We just pass by this and stop to help this injured person other wise he will die.
Whether we have to indulge in legal problem by police on Panch Nama or summon by court during the case?
or we are responsable for helping unknown person lying on road by some road accident?
