Information required on mental harassment at the workplace

I would like to have information on rules on mental harassment at the workplace. our Executive director is creating work pressure on me and which is keeping me sleepless and mentally disturbed. He is creating pressure so that i leave the job. I would like to know if there is any provision for a woman employee safety at workplace against such kind of mental harassment ?
