Information required in terms of offer letter

Sir/madam. I am a final year engineering student and I have received an offer letter for an internship from a company through campus placements. I do not wish to continue with the company as I have another offer and thus I do not want to reply to their offer letter. I have not signed any documents regarding accepting the offer. Only my Aadhaar proof is given to the company. Will I be in any kind of legal trouble if I don't reply to the offer letter? I am worried. Please give your feed back. Thanks in advance .
