My grand father has divided his property(Land) by using a Partition Deed in between his 6 Children. We have constructed a house in that property in 1995. Currently my father has expired and I want to go for a new construction on this property (in hyderabad). for the very same I want to change the property on to my name. Please suggest me the right deed / procedure to be followed and costs. I have legal heir certificate which is included with my mother and younger sister.
