I wld like to inform u that my father owns a flat .now he wants to sale it but there are some problems on which i need ur expert opinions..the problems are stated below-
1.The property is a G+2 property but at the time of registration it is mentioned as G+3 property.
2.the completion certificate is not yet obtained.the developers have applied for completion certificate but due to some unknown reason it is taking too much time.
regarding such issues my questions are
a) what can be done about the registration?do we have to make the registration again or necessary changes can be made in the current registration documents.
b)can the property be sold under such circumstances?
