What is the function of the Society such as Cooperative Bank, Housing Society, RWA etc.?

How many employees have been appointed directly by the Society?

Whether any appointment letter has been issued to employee ?

How much is the wages/ salary of the employee ?

state Health Society headed by C.M. all employee worked on contract basis from last 20 years. Recruited Direct by Society. Appointment letter issued by Executive Body of society. Salary as per service bye laws.

Yes, it can invoke the provisions of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and Employees Compensation Act, 1923 directly or through union. 

It would be advisable to get united and file consolidated claims for each employee and engage a private lawyer practicing labour disputes/ laws.
