Industrial dispute

Sir I am regular employee of Co.Op. Sugar Mill in Punjab, from 1988 to 1994 and on dated 10 Jun.1994

Mill Management not enter in the mill for duty without any written notice . On the same day I submmitted written

complain to Asstt. Labour commissioner Ludhiana. and this office send my case to labour court for justice. This office give decision infaour me and againest mill management. Labour court also give award in favour me (25% back wages with continiusly service) and againest management.Mill management take stay in The Hon'able High Court and my case is pending in court

from Oct. 2005,  On Mill employee who's case is pending in the Hon'able High Court and mill management join duty to him. I enter one apple in the court . sir my retairment is near so what I can do for early decsion. Mill management give me 2323/ salry last drwan of june 1994. This amount is not enough for to run domestic expenses. Please tell me what can I do to increase this amount . The minimun wages of states is nearabout 7500/- per month and I recevied only 2323/-permonth.
