i found this forum on google and i was wondering if anyone could hlep me. I have been working with indian Web studios for the past 3 years and recently i have been conned and tricked at least 4 times.
- not respecting timelines
- bad quality programming ( having to redo it)
- not resprecting project briefs
i have understood that there are many fake studios about which in reality are freelancers who outsource in their free time.
My question is are there indian laws which i can use in my defence to stop this abuse, so that i can work freely and with confidence with indian companies. At the moment a very big company has been paid more than half of the established budget and is not closing the project as agreed and putting me in dire trouble with my client.
