inclusion of minor son name in sale deed

sir I intend to buy a flat in Hyderabad. Can I make my son aged 7 as party to sale deed. He is Autistic and I m worried about his future after me.i wish to make him economically safe.

Include his name and u become minor gaurdian for Ur child also contact local licenced deed later.
