We purchased land in kalyan, Maharashtra city in 1987. During 1988 we appointed a builder to construct 4-floor building.
He made a building construction agreement with us on NOTARY.
1) AS per our knowledge, NOTARY was valid.. We want to know whether it was valid or not?
2) now we are going for the conveyance deed for CHS... let me know the issues
3) what is the legal way out to over come from this
