Sirs,
I am having an eviction case against me at small causes court, Bandra, Mumbai.
Suit property is a small 10 by 6 ft. Shop which electricity was disconnected due to non payment of Bill.
Now I want to apply for new electric connection. Electric authorities told me to get society NOC or bring Court order.
Should I apply for Court order at the existing case or in which Court should I apply?
Please guide as my lawyer is not sure about this.
I don't want to appeal from any order of the adjudication officer as there is no such order.
The electric company is not providing connection without owner's NOC. What to do?
