I just need your expert opinion on a issue.
There are some land disputes are going on into my family, so I want to file a suit directly into Madhya Pradesh High Court to avoid any further delay, as because if we will proceed through Lower or Session court it would be much time taking.
So I want to know which civil cases can be directly file into the High Court & what are the prerequisites to file the same.
Example :
In delhi, if property value is more than 20 lakh, those cases can directly file into Delhi High Court.
Please help me, I shall be highly grateful to you.
