That the Chairman of the School, without conducting any enquiry under the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) mechanism or providing any opportunity of hearing to the complainant (my client), circulated a message in the official WhatsApp group of approximately 150 teachers, accusing my client of ‘s*xual behaviour with lady teacher’.
