I have a clarification for the below, kindly advice me the consequenced we may have to face.
We are residing in a property wihch we bough 20 yearts ago and it was sold thrice before that.
Now the actual problem is there was a case from 1960 that this property was sold illegally by a person.
Now the original owner has won the case and the surveyer;s came and surveyed the land.
The advocate who came to the property told to the curent land owners that this plot was splitted and sold without hte being bought from the original land owner.
This land has been now sold thrice after that illegal sale.
We want to know that what are the consequences that we might face as we are victims and we do also have patta for this land.
Kindly advice on how to approach this.
