Hey 1997 back with the help of my father purchased a house in my name.My father cordinated in this process.He kept on keeping control of the house till his demise.Even after his death I couldn't get the occupation of the house.After his demise my sisters n siblings ocuupied the house n r now claiming it as a joint property.Now my siblings especially my brother n sister has together filed a suit against me to get a share in the property. Wahst's the feasibilty n justificability of this claim...Can Any body plz elaborate on the lines of law.
