My fathers ancestral land is being illegally and forcefully being grabbed by a man. This man is a big criminal and was in jail in a murder case, but he is an influential man in the concerned place. We have filed cases against the person and have even won these cases , but today this person called my father and threatened him to occupy illegally some more part of our land. Please suggest us entire procedure to follow the case and if we need to meet some big political and influential person, though we donot know anyone but we can try on your guidance.
