My wife put a Written complaint to police comissioner for Filing F.IR. ( IN GENERAL NOT MENTIONING )on some false alligationmatter, Which ws hurting a lot, But after normal investigation/talking with both parties police dismissed wife application as i have already filed section 9( may be the reason)
As the content of the complaint is dangerous/ hurting. and downing my self esteem . i want let FIR should be lodged, and investigated, i am ready for spending 2-3 years on this complaint.
what is the legal route/ path for me to Ask police to GO for F.I.R.
