Icici credit card fraud

I live in Mumbai and My Icici credit card was cloned and swiped in one of the malls in . Bangalore for 28500/- on 14.3.2016 . After i got an SMs the card was blocked and customer care service people contacted. Following action were initiated, 1, Cyber cell complaint was lodged 16.4.2016 2. Police complaint in local area 3. all relevant papers as asked by ICICI customer service were submitted. I got a mail from customer service stating decision shall be taken by Sept. 2016 Now ICICI bank has started giving me bill( incidentally the bill statement says Temporary fraud credit ) and also bills with interest, late payment dues. Every day i get the calls from the bank. Sir, as i have not done the purchase why should i pay. Can you suggest me what steps i should take to safe guard my self against these bullies. with regards Kalpana fotedar

Record all calls.

M/s ICICI Bank is fully responsible for issuing Card that can't be cloned, and IT frauds.

Lodge compalint with RBI, IT adjuticator of Maharashtra, by attaching all call recordings and bills sent by M/s ICICI Bank.

If you are unable to resolve on your own, lean on an able counsel specializing in criminal/cnsumer/banking matters and issue legal notice to local BM/MD/Chairman of M/s ICICI Bank, under proper acknowledgment.
